What does my Maintenance Contract cover?
Your guaranteed handbook will explain what is and is not covered by the guarantee you have taken out. If you cannot find your guaranteed handbook, you can either download the handbook PDF from the Autoguard Warranties website or call us on +44 3432 271 499 to request a copy.
What does it NOT cover?
It does not cover wear and tear, bodywork, trim, consumable items such as light bulbs and wiper blades, or routine maintenance. Your guarantee handbook will provide full details of what is not covered. If you are unable to locate your handbook, download a copy from the Autoguard Warranties website or call us on +44 3432 271 499 to request one.
How many Repair Requests can I make?
You can make unlimited repair requests, up to your repair request limit.
How do I make a Repair Request?
To make a repair request, contact the repair department on 03432 271 499. You will need to provide your contract number, current mileage, and details of the issue. Your repairer must obtain approval before starting any work.
What is a maintenance contract?
A maintenance contract provides cover for mechanical and electrical breakdowns of components that were originally fitted by the manufacturer. This typically includes systems such as the engine, gearbox, and electrical components, helping to protect you against unexpected repair costs.
Do I need to use one of your garages?
You can use any garage as long as they are VAT-registered.
