Incredible Car and Experience

I rarely leave reviews, but after purchasing a vehicle from A2B, I felt compelled to share my great experience. From start to finish, it was incredible. The car itself is fantastic - immaculate condition and well cared for, which was especially important to me given it's a performance car. Many others I considered were clearly modified and not well maintained, with dealers often unsure of the car's history. A2B, however, knew everything about the car's past and the previous owner, and they went above and beyond to ensure it was in perfect condition.After getting home, I noticed a small tear in the alcantara on the rear seat doors. I sent a few pictures to Liz, and without hesitation, she found a great local repairer. The repairer came to my office a few days later and fixed it up perfectly. It's always a good sign when the aftercare is as excellent as the buying experience. In short, I would 100% recommend A2B Performance. You won't be disappointed! I have a feeling I'll be keeping this car for a long time, but I'd definitely return in the future and recommend them to anyone else! Very happy man!

Absolute first class service

I have just taken delivery of a beautiful BMW 420i Convertible which was supplied by A2B Performance Ltd. Having been in the motor trade/industry myself for many years, I am/was more skeptical than most when it came to buying a pre-owned car. However, all of my concerns and fears were allayed when I met with Liz. To say that Liz put me at ease would be an understatement. Liz was so professional throughout the whole journey (from first viewing through to collection). Liz was calm and extremely patient with me, and somehow never seemed to tire of my constant questions and requests for more information about the car. In fact Liz even let me try out fitting some suitcases in the boot. I cannot say enough good things about Liz and her team at A2B Performance Ltd. I would recommend Liz and her team to friends and family without any hesitation. Their product is first class as is their service. If I could give 6 stars I would. I have recently had the pleasure of buying an outstanding X5 through A2B performance, from my initial enquiry Liz was very friendly, honest and professional throughout, living over 200 miles away and with the car being in preparation no photos were available on the initial advert, after speaking to Liz and reading the endless 5 star reviews I had full confidence in putting down a deposit to reserve the car even though I hadn't seen it. The following day I was sent photos of the car, clearly highlighting the minor imperfections expected with a used car, Liz explained what would be rectified during the preparation stage and we agreed on the deal. The attention to detail was outstanding presenting the car to a very high standard and not trying to cut corners to make a few extra quid. I was kept informed over the following week while a few items were carried out, the car was made ready for me to collect with Liz more than happy to meet me at the local train station, on the day I was due to travel a storm was forecast so my journey up was a little stressed trying to navigate what trains were still running, I got on the wrong train out of London but Liz was on hand to meet me at another station which was massively appreciated. I arrived at the location where the car was, the weather was miserable but the car was tucked away under shelter looking absolutely stunning, I was left alone to have a look around and make sure I was happy with no pressure at any point. We then went through the paperwork , I was given a full demonstration of how everything in the car worked and Liz swifly answered any questions I had. I then set off in gale force winds to drive the 230 miles home and the car was absolutely perfect, this highlighting the extra efforts A2B go to ensure mechanical they are selling a car that is fit for purpose. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car in the future from this company, my advise to you if you are reading this.... if you see a car they have for sale which you like, don't hesitate and get in touch! you will see for yourself what a honest, trustworthy and wonderful buying experience you receive from Alan & Liz. Well-done to you both!

My wife and I had been looking for a Mercedes SL400 for some time and found what we were looking for in terms of age, price and spec with A2B Performance Ltd. We originally thought we would stick with a MB main dealer but having read the reviews about Alan and Liz at A2B we decided we should view the car. How right all the reviews were! From initial contact until delivering our car both Alan and Liz kept in close contact and gave us all the information we needed. The car was checked and anything that needed doing (break pads, discs and a couple of other minor things) were completed by a main dealer. The car was serviced (by MB) and given a new MOT and was immaculate inside and out. We wouldn't hesitate in buying from them again when we are looking for another car in the future. A2B Performance Ltd set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience., from the moment I reached out through auto trader with a brief inquiry, Alan was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. There were a couple of issues with the vehicle nothing that could of been foreseen, but Alan was on hand to advise and reimburse if required, the air-con compressor had become faulty, but this was fully covered by the 3 month premium warranty that came with the vehicle. The claim process was easy and hassle free. Alan's attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled going above and beyond in every aspect.

From the very start, A2B provided us with exceptional customer service. The premium stock of vehicles, the knowledge and history of each model, the accommodation of viewings etc left us in no doubt that we are unlikely to purchase another vehicle from anyone else. We agreed a fee for my vehicle, deposit paid online, collection with final electronic payment on the date/time we agreed. An absolutely professional process end to end. Outstanding Customer Service
I recently bought an Audi TTS from A2B Performance. I found both Alan and Liz to be extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. The process was friendly and efficient, including trading in my old car and it was genuinely a nice experience buying a car from them. Post sale, the car did develop a couple of minor faults that required repair. This was unforeseen, and as we know, can happen to any car on occasion. I was having difficulty arranging the repairs under warranty with the local Audi dealership and it was proving to be a very frustrating experience. Liz stepped in on my behalf and took full ownership of the issue. Within 48 hours, Liz had personally collected the car from my house, driven to Audi, arranged for the repairs to be carried out without delay under warranty, insisted on a full valet, collected the car from Audi and delivered it back to me. Liz even stopped at the petrol station on her way back to fill up the tank with petrol at her own expense. All the while, I was kept informed of what was happening with my car. This really was the Rolls-Royce of after sales service and far exceeded my expectations. I am really pleased with my Audi TTS, and I would highly recommend A2B Performance to anyone looking for a quality car and a first class sales and after sales customer service experience. Outstanding After-Sales Support
Mine's a bit of an unusual review. I bought a Porsche Cayman from Liz and Alan last August, their service was faultless and I was very happy with my purchase. That was until a yellow warning light came on after about only two weeks. It's nothing that Liz could have predicted, I was just unlucky. Since then, 9 months on, my car has been in and out of Porsche and only yesterday did I pick it up, minus the yellow light, them having had it in bits for the past 8 weeks! It transpires that it needed 3 new actuators (which had been out of stock, awaiting delivery). This is where my review begins. From my very first text to her last September informing her of the issue, Liz took complete ownership of the problem and "˜made it her mission' to get it sorted. It wasn't her fault that it all took so long but we spoke or texted each other almost daily throughout, she kept on Porsche's back like a pit bull and vowed to continue until the issue was rectified. I have never known after-sales like it. She was amazing and, as a gesture of goodwill, once the fix was complete, paid out of her own pocket for the car to be fully serviced, MOT'd and covered by a full Porsche warranty. The service manager at Porsche said to me that she has never, throughout her career, experienced such amazing after-sales support from a used car dealer, devoting so much of her time and energy to looking after me, ensuring everything gets done. Liz, and Alan, went way over and above what you would expect having bought a used car and, despite the frustration and stress which I suffered throughout these nine months, the whole experience was made so much more palatable by their support. When I first met Liz, I said to her that "˜you are very helpful now, and very informative, but does that all disappear once I drive the car away?'. "No", she said, "quite the opposite, that's when my job starts". And boy, did she mean it. Not only will I try to buy my next and future cars through A2B Performance, but I will, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car (and wanting after-sales service to match). Thank you A2B. I'll be back.

It's pretty rare to find a dealer like this and I honestly can't recommend them enough. From the initial enquiry to collection the whole process was great, quick, easy, simple, everything that buying a car often isn't. The car was completely as described with no little surprises. Their finance broker was also great and between then managed to make the numbers come out great. If they have a car in stock that's on your list, expect it to be a good one!

Excellent in every regard
I found A2B Performance on AutoTrader when looking for a Golf R. The consistent array of 5-star reviews gave me confidence to enquire further. Our experience from initial enquiry through to collection of the car was nothing short of excellent. Our dealings with the MD (AutoTrader doesn't allow naming of individuals...) responded to all enquiries quickly, comprehensively and professionally. The car was prepared and presented extremely well and additional items we asked for were attended to without question. We were constantly kept updated throughout the process. Brilliant Service
The service we received at A2B Performance was fantastic. We were on a tight deadline and they had the car we had been looking for, the sales person worked extremely hard to get us the best rate possible as quickly as she could. She also ensured our car was spotless and inspected to very high degree when we picked it up. This car was a gift, so additional touches like flowers and an "˜unveiling' of the car was a great bonus when my girlfriend picked it up.

Situated in a leafy lane in Chandlers Wood, this is a unique car buying experience. We saw our Audi TTS online, and rang to enquire. Alan rang us straight back, and opened the premises on a Sunday although they are normally closed Sundays so that we could view the car. We were very impressed indeed. Alan is a fantastic guy who can't do enough for you. He let's you veiw the car, at leisure, without hovering over you. He is so helpful, regarding finance and anything else you need to know, fabulous coffee and biscuits too. We collected the car today and Alan sorted taxing the vehicle, registration documents and 5 day insurance online. We would highly recommend dealership. Car buying at a new level. Alan's wife Liz is a diamond too. All in all a smooth hand over of the car. Superb people, fantastic location, absolutely brilliant. Thank you guys.

Just as I'd begun to think that genuine customer service didn't exist any longer... Fantastic experience buying a car from A2B. Emails answered within minutes; telephone updates on progress with valeting etc; "take as much time as you need" approach to viewing the car; genuine expertise about the make and model; no quibbling about fixing minor blemishes; 12-month MOT added even though the previous one had 6 months to run... I could continue. Nice people, working with integrity, offering value for money and the highest standards in every aspect of the transaction. We need never use any other dealer.
